Xadi was registered in Amsterdam in 2024 with a single mission: eliminate the need for accountants and financial managers by building the world's most powerful AI-first accounting and bookkeeping platform.
🤖 Since incorporation, engineers, AI researchers, and accounting specialists have focused on autonomous financial operations—so every company can rely on an AI CFO cofounder that runs 24/7, keeps mistakes in check, and tracks evolving regulation.
💡 From early 2025 onward we accelerated that work into one cohesive product: ingestion, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance in a single flow. In March 2026 we launched AI CFO and brought it to market—the finance operator our clients use today.

Throughout 2025 we scaled engineering, compliance, and customer pilots—proving banking sync, VAT workflows, and financial reporting end to end.

In March 2026 we launched the AI CFO product and introduced it to the market as the full AI-first finance stack teams can adopt immediately.
